@mc I'm afraid I can't answer your question, I don't know enough about PHP and I wouldn't wanna risk giving you a half-answer that led to security problems. I'd suggest you try a forum like http://www.codingforums.com/ - there's a specialist PHP forum there with a lot more expertise.

@anon Yes, there is going to be a Windows version, and it will be much easier to use as well - a self-contained windows app including an integrated web server. It's being developed by another company .. and coming soon :D

Great job! I was looking for exactly something like this.

One question: Why did you implement the Jukebox, when Party Shuffle already does that?
I would prefer to use Party Shuffle, although I can see that zTunes doesn't like it when the playlist changes behind its back all the time :)

Thanks!

Wout.

2 Questions:
1) I am getting errors at the top of my page on xhtml refresh:
Warning: exec() [function.exec]: Unable to fork [osascript -s -e 'tell app Airfoil...] and I get them for ever script command that is supposed to run (iTunes/get index, state, etc.). Do you know what this is?
2) It seems odd to me that you can see the playlists but can't play one. It's possible that I just don't see it. I see how you can drill down and play one song in a playlist, but I really want to just tell iTunes to play a particular playlist (and shuffle play the items). seems like it would be trivial, no?

w/r/t the osascript error, I think I figured out the bug. I have many audiobooks that are 3-7 hours in length (each "song"). It appears that playing any item > 1 hour causes this bug to totally kill your interface. My guess is that you're doing a parse somewhere on the colon or something. The error messages from OSX aren't very helpful. Any patches would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Sorry for the clutter, but that wasn't the problem. The long files seem to exacerbate the problem (force it to come to the fore eariler), and hence my thought that it was the problem. But the issue persists on normal tracks.
